Holiday Inn Allentown-Bethlehem, An Ihg Hotel, Allentown

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were worn and almost scary with noticeable cleanliness issues like hair in the bathtub, but they did come equipped with amenities like a fridge, safe, and iron. The service was polite overall, but there seemed to be a need for re-training to enhance customer friendliness. The location worked perfectly for my business trip, offering proximity to essential services, but there was ongoing construction that affected the ambiance. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices, although some areas like the restaurant could benefit from improvement. Overall, there were both positives and negatives during my time at the hotel.
